Sophie (Syrydynski) Karamus

Sophie Karamus (nee Syrydynski) age 105, passed away peacefully on Wednesday June 15, 2022, at the Cranford Rehabilitation and Nursing Center.

Born in Somerset, to Martin and Anna Syrydynski, Mrs. Karamus resided in Bound Brook, Clark, Linden, and most recently Cranford. She was a homemaker and after her children grew up she held several part time jobs. 

She is survived by her son, Richard H. Karamus of Monroe Township. 

Mrs. Karamus was predeceased by her beloved husband the late Henry T. Karamus (1985) and her son the late Robert T. Karamus (2017).

Relatives and friends are kindly invited to attend the Graveside Service on Friday June 17, 2022, at 11:30 am, at the St. Gertrude Cemetery, Colonia. Arrangements are under the care and direction of the Krowicki Gorny Memorial Home 211 Westfield Ave. Clark, NJ 07066.
