Nancy (Decker) Mierzejwski

Nancy Mierzejwski (nee Decker) of Linden, passed away on Friday June 26, 2020, at the Robert Wood Johnson University Hospital, Rahway.

Born in Elizabeth, to Thomas Decker and Josephine Decker-Potts, Mrs. Mierzejwski has resided in Linden for the past 33 years. Mrs. Mierzejwski worked as a typesetter for 34 years at the Wakefern Food Corporation of Elizabeth. Mrs. Mierzejwski loved to travel, go down to AC to play slots, read and was an avid bowler. She enjoyed the Gameshow Network and Hallmark Channel.

She is survived by her beloved husband of 46 years Robert Mierzejwski, Sr.; one son, Robert Mierzejwski, Jr. and his wife Susan; two daughters; Linda Jones and her husband Chris and Jennifer Garay and her husband Juan; eight grandchildren; Ryan, Dean and Kaylee Mierzejwski, Kristen and Carter Jolly, Kylee Jones, and Mikayla and Keanu Garay; one aunt; Rose Frank; and sister in law Barbara Decker.

Predeceased by her brother Thomas Decker.

Relatives and friends are kindly invited to attend the Visitation on Monday July 6, 2020, from 11 am to 1 pm, at the Krowicki Gorny Memorial Home 211 Westfield Ave. Clark, NJ 07066, followed by a Funeral Service at 1 pm at the funeral home. Interment, Mount Calvary Cemetery, Linden.
