On Sunday, September 15, 2019 – Joanne M. Hartmann, age 61, of Linden, passed away peacefully at the Trinitas Regional Medical Center, Elizabeth. Joanne was born at St. Vincent’s Hospital to Mary and Dennis Keating.
She is a graduate of North Hunterdon Regional Highschool (class of 1976) and Centenary College (class of 1978). Joanne worked for Mashios Food Services Inc, of Chester, as a manager for 25 years. She also worked as a manager at the Clinton Elks Lodge 2434.
Joanne loved spending time with her family and friends and a truly lived life to the fullest. She had the biggest heart and was always making people laugh. She loved traveling and made new friends everywhere she went. She loved music, dancing, and, of course, Sinatra!! Joanne also loved taking trips into NYC for Broadway shows.
Joanne is survived by her husband, Charles J. Hartmann, their children, Terrance (TJ) Tlumac, Chelsea Tlumac, John Hartmann (Brittnie), Chris Hartmann (Alli), and Adam Hartmann. Her mother, Mary Keating, 3 grandchildren, Daniel Collazo, Jackson Hartmann and Lily Hartmann. Her brother, Michael Keating, sisters, Kathleen Summers and Susan Gould, and many extended family members.
Joanne is preceded in death by her father, Dennis and her first husband, James Tlumac.
Visitation will be held at Krowicki Gorny Memorial Home 211 Westfield Ave., Clark NJ on Thursday, September, 19 from 4-8 PM. Friends and family are invited to attend funeral services at Krowicki Gorny Memorial Home on Friday, September 20, at 10 am followed by interment, at Evergreen Cemetery, North Halstead Street, Clinton, NJ 08890.
