Harold Joseph Adolph

Harold Joseph Adolph, age 85, of Colonia, passed away on Friday July 29, 2022, at the Robert Wood Johnson University Hospital, Rahway.

Born in Wilkes-Barre, PA, to Carl and Emma Adolph, he has been a longtime resident of Colonia. Mr. Adolph honorably served in the United States Army National Guard followed by the Army National Guard of NJ from 1955 to 1963. He worked as a toll technician for Verizon of Rahway for 40 years. He was a member of the Knights of Columbus Council 6571. Mr. Adolph loved woodworking, woodcarving, violin, guitar, harmonica, and archery.

He and his wife also loved traveling together on day trips and spending time in Atlantic City.

Mr. Adolph is survived by his three children, Lori Adolph, Linda Adolph, and Michael Adolph.  He is predeceased by his beloved wife of 58 years the late Audrey Adolph (2020).

Funeral Services are private and under the direction of the Krowicki Gorny Memorial Home 211 Westfield Ave. Clark, NJ 07066. Inurnment, St. Gertrude Cemetery, Colonia.
