Frances Tropeano, age 77, of Toms River, NJ passed away peacefully in her home while being surrounded by the love of her family.
Frances was born in Hoboken, NJ to Anthony and Anne Rullo. Throughout her life, she lived in Elizabeth, Roselle, and Toms River. Her passion in life was always selling goods and meeting new people. This passion was first achieved when she opened and owned Tropeano’s Deli in Elizabeth. She also worked as a bus driver aiding special needs children in Winfield Park and at the Runnels Center for Rehabilitation and Healthcare of Berkeley Heights. Later in life, she made original crafts (doll house items) and sold them across the country to happy customers. Frances always had a knack for finding uses for the most peculiar things, such as taking a soda cap and transforming it into a doll house frying pan.
