Obituary
Agnes T. Curran, age 100, passed away peacefully, surrounded by her family on Tuesday August 29, 2023, at her residence.
Born and raised in Hazelton, PA, Mrs. Curran moved to Mason City, Iowa with her husband Archibald, then returned to Hazelton before settling in Clark in 1951. She was a dedicated homemaker to her family and a dedicated longtime parishioner of St. John the Apostle R.C. of Linden/Clark.
Mrs. Curran is survived by her five children; David Curran (Sandra), Donald Curran (Wei Wei), Anne Mateyak, Timothy Curran (Arminee), and Mary Beth Curran; eight grandchildren; three great grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
She is predeceased by her beloved husband Archibald A. “Archie” Curran, Sr. (1992); one son, Archibald A. Curran, Jr. (2019); four sisters, and two brothers.
Cremation Services are Private. A Memorial Mass will be offered on Friday September 22, 2023, 10 am, at St. John the Apostle R.C. Church, Linden. Interment of ashes to follow at St. Gertrude Cemetery, Colonia. Arrangements are under the direction of the Krowicki Gorny Memorial Home 211 Westfield Ave. Clark, NJ 07066.
