Maciej Dembiczak Obituary

Maciej Dembiczak, age 54, of Westfield, passed away on Thursday September 27, 2018.

Mr. Dembiczak was born in Krosno, Poland, to Francisek and Mieczyslawa Dembiczak. He worked as the owner and operator of Mac Pro Line LLC, trucking company for the past 12 years. Mr. Dembiczak is survived by his beloved wife of 18 years Jolanta (nee Chmiel); his daughter Caroline; parents Franciszek and Mieczyslawa; brothers Piotr and Artur.

Relatives and friends are kindly invited to attend the Memorial Mass on Saturday October 6, 2018, at 10 am, at St. Theresa of the Child Jesus, Linden. All other services are private. In lieu of flowers, kindly consider donations to the family.
