Mrs. Deborah Ann Burnette passed away Friday September 8th, 2017 at her home in Colonia. She was

58 years old.

Born in Elizabeth to Walter and Frances Nalepa, Deborah graduated from Linden High School and was a

long time Linden resident before moving to Colonia 14 years ago. Mrs. Burnette was employed by

Howard Press in Roselle for over 25 years, and was an active Avon sales representative for many years.

A nature lover, Deborah enjoyed camping trips to the mountains and tending to her variety of house

plants.

Mrs. Burnette was predeceased by her parents. She is survived by her husband, Michael Burnette; by

Her sisters, Frances Cartinella (Louis) and Michelle Weinstock; by her nephew Anthony Cartinella and

niece, Margaret Ramdoolar; her mother in law, Helena Burnette; her great niece, Allison Cartinella, and great nephews, Arjay Ramdoolar, Corey Ramdoolar, Sean Cartinella, and Gavin Cartinella; and her rescue dog Maggie.
