Charles W. Dzugan, age 82, of Monroe, passed away peacefully on Thursday August 29, 2019, at his residence.
Relatives and friends are kindly invited to attend the Visitation on Wednesday September 4, 2019, from 11-1 pm with a Funeral Service being offered at 12:30 pm. Cremation services private.
Born in Elizabeth, to George and Anna, Mr. Dzugan resided in Westfield and most recently Monroe for the past 20 years. He honorably served in the US Army from 1961-1963. Mr. Dzugan worked as an electrician for IBEW Local 102 of Elizabeth for 35 years. He was an avid photographer and benchrest shooter and was very athletic in his youth playing both basketball and baseball. That enabled him to continue to play baseball and pitch during his time in the Army. Mr. Dzugan was very passionate about golf and played for 40 years.
Mr. Dzugan is survived by his devoted daughter Nicole "Nikki" Dzugan and her husband John Volino and his beloved grandson, Nicholas. He is predeceased by his loving son Charles "Chuck" P. Dzugan (2019)
