Steven Meyer died on Wednesday, June 3, 2015. He was born in Glen Ridge, and he lived in Clark before moving to Rockaway.
Steven Meyer graduated from Arthur L. Johnson High School in 1998, and Kean University in 2005. He worked as a supervisor at The ARC of Morris County in Whippany.
Surviving are his wife, Jessica Meyer, his daughter, Annabelle Meyer, his parents, Ken and Joyce Meyer, his brother and his brother’s wife, John and Jenny Meyer, as well as his two nieces, Kate and Ellie Meyer, his grandmother, Anna Prokop, his grandfather, Kenneth Meyer, and step grandfather Arthur Bullivant.
Steven had many hobbies, he loved fishing, history, trivia, listening to Frank Sinatra, and watching his beloved Yankees. He could often be heard quoting his favorite movies and telling stories; but most of all he was always making everyone around him laugh and smile, which he loved.
A memorial gathering will be held at Krowicki Gorny Funeral Home at 211 Westfield Ave. in Clark on Saturday June 6, from 3-5pm, followed by a service at 5pm. For additional information or to sign the guest book, go to www.krowickigorny.com.
