Westfield - Piero Dalla Caneva, 84, passed away on June 3, 2015. Born in Feltre, Venice Italy, he most recently lived in Westfield with his family.
Piero worked for many years in Africa, Peru and Venezuela helping build the transportation infrastructure of these countries. He also worked as a machinist with Bomont Industries in Totowa before retiring. He is survived by his loving wife, Carmen Aguilar Dalla Caneva, his daughter Carmen Sampson (and her husband Ron); his son Oscar Garcia (and his wife Cathi); and his five grandsons Daniel Michael, Steven Anthony, Christopher Martin, David Michael and Brian William. Piero enjoyed sunbathing and gardening. Private services were held at Krowicki Gorny Memorial Home in Clark.
