Peter J Zielinski

Winfield Park – Peter J. Zielinski – 53, passed away suddenly at his home in Winfield Park on July 3rd. Born in Perth Amboy, he was raised in Linden and has resided in Winfield Park for 24 years. He was a Yard Operations Supervisor at Somerville Lumber in Bridgewater for the past eight years. Visitation will be held on Thursday 5-9 pm at Krowicki Gorny Memorial Home 211 Westfield Ave, Clark with a service at 8:30 pm. A cremation will be held privately. In lieu of flowers, contributions in his name to the Red Knights Motorcycle Club – NJ Chapter XI, 84 Dunbar Ave. Fords, NJ 08863 would be appreciated. An avid motorcyclist, Peter was a member of the Red Knights Motorcycle Club – NJ Chapter XI and the Winfield Park Motorcycle Club. He loved his Harley, cooking, fishing, the NY Giants and working in his “Back Yard Paradise”. Pete touched many people with his hilarious sense of humor, kind and generous heart and his culinary skills. He is survived by his loving wife Donna; his dear parents Steve Kallis and Grace Zielinski of Linden; his beloved daughters Carrieann and her husband Ray Olivero of Sayreville, Alexandra and Danielle at home; his cherished granddaughters Aurora, Nani and Alaina; his brother Nicky and his sister Patti of upstate New York; sisters-in-law Kim Warchol and Lori Otani of Winfield Park , brother –in-law Paul Oefele of Winfield Park, many adoring nieces and nephews, and his four-legged pals Harley and Nugget. He was predeceased by his brother Billy.
