Helen Paciunas, 96

Rahway - Helen Paciunas, 96, passed away on Tuesday, June 7, 2016 at Center for Hope Hospice in Scotch Plains.  Born in Elizabeth, she had lived there for many years before moving to Rahway.

Helen was predeceased by her parents, Frank and Mary Chakan, and by her beloved husband, Edward Paciunas as well as her longtime companion, Stanley “Pat” Zurawski. She is survived by her son, Jeffrey Paciunas and her daughter, Elaina Paciunas.

Relatives and friends are kindly invited to attend the funeral Mass on Friday at St. John the Baptist R.O. Church, Rahway at 11 am. Interment will follow at Hazelwood Cemetery in Rahway.
